AITA for cutting off my sister after she sold my foraging spot's harvest behind my back?

so my sister (29F) and me (32F) grew up doing everything together and for the past two years i've been bringing her along on my weekly forages, she's not a pro but she knows enough now to fill a basket on her own. i supply mushrooms to three restaurants around here, its actual income not a hobby, one of them is a bistro downtown that pays me $18 a pound for chanterelles which is a good rate i built up over three years of relationship with the chef. last month i was out with a sprained ankle for two weeks so my sister kept foraging solo, using the spot i showed her. found out through the chef himself that she'd been texting him directly and selling him her hauls for $12 a pound, undercutting me without telling me, while i was laid up. when i asked her about it she said she didn't think it was a big deal since it was her own labor and her own basket. i said the spot and the relationship were mine to begin with and she wouldn't have either without me. she's calling me controlling and territorial, my mom is saying family should share opportunities not gatekeep them, and now i've told her she's not welcome on foraging trips with me anymore. the group chat is a mess and she's not speaking to me. i'm not sure if i overreacted since technically the mushrooms were hers to sell.

undercutting the family supplier is a rookie move. loyalty over discount mushrooms every time. NTA

she used YOUR spot and YOUR chef contact to underbid you. that's not labor, that's sabotage with a basket. NTA
