Pinions Terms Of Service

These are the rules for using Pinions. Short version: be a decent human, you own your words, we can remove content that breaks the rules.

1. WHO CAN USE PINIONS

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

2. YOUR CONTENT

You own what you post: polls, comments, everything. By posting you give us permission to store, display, and distribute that content inside Pinions so the app can work. If you delete your account, that permission ends for content we delete with it.

3. RULES OF CONDUCT

Do not post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, or that exposes someone's private information. Do not impersonate others, spam, scrape, manipulate votes, or attempt to break or bypass the app's security. Do not use Pinions to target or harm minors in any way.

4. MODERATION

You can report any poll or comment and block any user. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our judgment, with or without notice. Repeated or serious violations end the account.

5. THE SERVICE

Pinions is provided as-is, without warranties. We may change, pause, or shut down features or the whole service. We are not liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service, which is currently nothing.

6. TERMINATION

You can stop using Pinions and delete your account at any time in Settings. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. CHANGES

If these terms change in a meaningful way we will tell you in the app before the change applies. Continuing to use Pinions after that means you accept the new terms.
