AITA for refusing to give my sister a cut of my truck after 3 yrs of her working it?

ok so my sister Yesenia (34F) helped me start the truck three years ago, i'm 38F single mom, we had nothing then, i was flipping tacos out of a borrowed cart. she worked the window most weekends for $12/hr cash, no contract, nothing on paper, i literally couldn't afford more back then and she said she was fine with it porque familia. fast forward the truck is doing good now, booked for festivals, i finally paid off my equipment loan. Yesenia comes to me last month saying she wants 20% ownership because she "built this with me" and i owe her for three years of labor beyond what she got paid. i told her that was never the deal, she was paid every shift she worked, i have venmo records going back years. she got so mad she walked off during a Saturday festival, our busiest day of the year, left me one cook down with a line 30 deep. found out later she also took like $180 out of the tip jar on her way out calling it her "severance." now she's telling our mom i'm exploiting family and won't answer my calls. mama wants me to just give her the money to keep the peace. i don't think i'm wrong but the group chat is not on my side rn 🌮

@baileyf_grows

maybe she wanted to feel like it was hers too... but taking the tip jar wasn't the way to say that 🌱

@ellenb_hives

family don't get to rewrite the deal after the money starts coming in. she was paid, that was the deal. not the a hole

@biglou_eats_champ

she got paid every shift AND raided the tip jar? that's not severance that's a heist. NTA all day

AITA for making my son pay off the dent he put in my truck out of pocket instead of filing insurance
