AITA for pulling my sister as maid of honor over what she wanted to say in her toast??
ok so i (32F) plan weddings for a living but this one is MINE and it went left lol. my sister Camila (29F) has been my MOH since day one, we're super close. two weeks before rehearsal dinner she sends me a DRAFT of her speech bc she's extra like that (should've known something was up when she used the word draft). in it she talks about the miscarriage i had last year, like a whole paragraph about how proud she is of how I "turned that pain into planning the happiest day of my life" 💔 problem is my fiancé David (34M) doesn't even know the full details, i told him i had a "scare" and left it at that bc i wasn't ready. my parents know, she knows, nobody else does. i told her she can't say ANY of it, and she got defensive saying it's the most beautiful part of my story and people should know how strong i am. i said it's not her story to tell in front of 120 guests including my future in laws. she cried, said i'm ashamed of what happened to me, and now she's saying she doesn't even want to be MOH anymore if she "has to censor herself." so i told her fine, i'll ask my cousin instead. she's not speaking to me now and my mom thinks i overreacted bc "she just wanted to honor you." wedding's in 5 weeks 🥲

Not the a-hole, dear. That is YOUR story to tell, and only when you are ready. Your sister meant well but she crossed a line. Blessings to you as you heal. 🌷
