should i sell my uncle's back acres to a logging company just to afford a well

my well's been dying since july. me (34m) hauling water 40 min round trip most days now, jugs in the truck bed, getting old fast. a logging outfit offered $58k for timber rights on the back 15 acres my uncle left me when he passed, enough to drill a real well and put money back for winter. but that land's the buffer between my cabin and the road, its where i hunt, where its quiet. if i sell they're in there with trucks and saws for a season, maybe longer, and it dont grow back the same in my lifetime. my neighbor says take the money, water's not optional. my gut says once its logged i cant get that silence back for anyone. still hauling water tonight thinking about it
