online coaching, 12 week block. my contract says messages get answered inside 24 hours, business days. she was texting daily, then multiple times a night. i offered a referral to someone better suited and refunded the remaining 5 weeks. below is the last one.

you refunded five weeks and handed off to someone qualified. that's not dropping a client, that's a scope-of-practice call and it was the right one.
