AIO for not answering my director at 11:40 on a Friday night?

i'm not on call. we have a rotation and i wasn't on it. i saw the messages at 7am saturday and answered then. monday he brought it up in front of two other people as a joke that wasn't a joke. exchange below, judge the exchange not the monday part.

in nursing this is so normalized it has a name. you did the right thing and it will still cost you something, and both of those are true.
