AIO about how this customer talked to me after a 40 minute wait?

i run a truck by myself on weekends. saturday i had a line 20 deep and my second burner went out, so everything was slow. this guy ordered, waited, and then found me on instagram that night. the messages are below. i refunded him already, that's not the question. the question is whether i'm wrong for how much this got to me.
