so quick background me (28m) and my boy Dre (29m) been training together at my crossfit box for like 2 years, closest friend i got there. couple months back i started casually seeing this girl Jasmine (27f) from the same box, nothing official yet we just been vibing after classes n stuff. i told Dre straight up i liked her and wanted to see where it goes, he knew everything fast forward last week i see jasmine posted a story and Dre commented some flirty stuff under it, like she looking real good today with a fire emoji, and she replied back kinda playful too. i didnt say nothing at first cause i wasnt trying to be that dude then saturday at the box i finally asked him about it straight up, he said we not official so its fair game and he wasnt gonna sit around while i take forever to make a move. i lost it ngl, told him thats still messed up you dont do that to your boy regardless if we official or not now the whole gym group chat somehow found out and its split half saying im tripping cause i never locked it down half saying Dre violated the bro code fr fr. we not training together no more and its awkward as hell every time we in the gym same time
