i've built four restaurant accounts from scratch this year just from what the forest hands me, and dale still says stuff like this. maybe im too sensitive about it but it landed different this time.

If it puts money in the account it's income. Sounds like Dale needs a lesson in cash flow, not you needing a lesson in sensitivity.
