AIO for charging the cancellation fee on a bridal party that bailed 9 hours out?

5 faces, 6am call, blocked the whole saturday. my policy is on the booking form, in the confirmation, and in the reminder: 48 hours or 50%. they cancelled at 9pm the night before. i charged it. then this.

she got told the fee becomes a credit toward the same wedding and still said predatory. that's not a money objection, that's a wanting-to-win objection.
