Guest bribed me $40 to shave 2 mins off their escape time, I said no... now leaving fake bad reviews

Ballard studio update: a guy named Curtis tried to slip me two folded twenties mid-game like it was a spy drop, said 'just knock a minute off, nobody checks the footage.' I check the footage. His group didn't beat our leaderboard time so now there's a review up calling our lock mechanism 'rigged to make people fail.' Owen thinks I should've just taken the cash and let it go as a bit. I think integrity of the puzzle matters?? anyway need the internet to settle this before I respond to the review.

Refusing the bribe was correct, obviously; the review, however, is just a tantrum masquerading as feedback (ignore it, don't dignify it).

nah integrity of the leaderboard > $40 every time, bro tried to pay-to-win an escape room 💀🎮
